36 weeks

Pregnancy: 36 weeks

Weight Gain: I was down 4 lbs from my last appointment. I don't know the total anymore, but I haven't actually gained anything with this pregnancy.

Sleep: was completely and totally non-existent last night. For the most part, I'm not sleeping well. Sometimes I'll get a really good stretch of sleep (and when i say really good, i mean like 3 hours).

Gender: Girl!

Name: Darcy Noelle

Feeling: all over the place. My doctor put me back on zoloft for my anxiety problems. Things have been steam rolling to the point where when the doc asked how I was doing, I just started crying.

Health: aside from the anxiety, I'm good. Oh- but I tested negative for the last bladder infection...so I'm not sure why I'm still having so many Braxton Hicks contractions, but I don't like them :-P

Movement: she's slowing down. She has 2-3 active periods a day, and if I get worried and poke at her she'll poke back.

Next Appointment: March 2nd. I'm on weekly appointments now. But, I only have 3 more weeks until my c-section, so I think I have 2 more appointments and then the surgery!

35 weeks

Pregnancy: 35 weeks

Weight Gain: I stopped looking. i know i had finally started putting back some of the weight that i lost, but now i'm on antibiotics (again) and not eating from nauseau (again)

Sleep: i vaguely remember it

Gender: Girl!

Feeling: antsy, excited, and scared. 28 days left!

Health: i'm battling another bladder infection. 2 in 3 weeks is crazy. maybe it's the same infection and it just never really went away?

Movement: big movements now. i swear she's in there doing cart wheels. <---same

Next Appointment: President's Day. the one on v-day was rescheduled b/c the doc had several ladies in labor.

34 weeks

Pregnancy: 34 weeks

Weight Gain: I forgot to weigh this morning. I'm lucky I remembered to put on clothes.

Sleep: HA! I don't know the meaning of the word. More often then not, if I actually manage to fall asleep, Noah or Joe wake me up somehow. Noah hasn't been sleeping at all, which means our whole house isn't sleeping. which means, mommy is going crazy and may have threatened to move out of the house into a cave far far away from everyone just so she could get more then 2 hours of sleep at a time.

Feeling: crazy. see that thing up there about sleep? yeah...when i don't sleep, i'm a cranky ass crazy bitch.

Health: great. every thing has been good at all of my appointments.

Movement: big movements now. i swear she's in there doing cart wheels.

Next Appointment: Valentine's Day

other news: C-section is scheduled! 35 days until I have baby #2, unless she decides to make an appearance on her own before then...but i'm really hoping she'll stay put. Noah was a big baby and I'm hoping his sister follows suit. No one in my family has ever had a baby smaller then 8lbs. I'm slightly worried she'll be tiny since I've lost so much weight and i'm measuring 'on track', but as long as she's healthy i'll be happy.

Weight Gain: -18 lbs

Sleep: Benadryl is my friend. now if only I could get the toddler to sleep...

Feeling: good. seeing the chiropractor twice a week really helps with the hip pain.

Health: infection seems to be gone. still having some braxton hicks contractions but nothing major.

Movement: slowing down a bit as she's running out of room, but now they're just bigger and hurt some. kicks to the lungs aren't exactly fun. <-- about the same

Next Appointment: tomorrow. the last one got canceled b/c of the snow. I'm *really* hoping we can schedule the c-section now.

Pregnancy: 32 weeks

Weight Gain: according to my scale at home, -19 lbs.

Sleep: sometimes.

Gender: Girl!

Feeling: better. I had a scare over the weekend (under Health) but I'm doing a bit better now. I also saw a chiropractor yesterday so my hip pain is diminished and i just feel a bit more relaxed. apparently i had a lot of tension in my butt muscles.

Health: I have a bladder infection. It was causing pretty consistent contractions (every 2.5 minutes, lasting 30 seconds) and I wound up in L&D on Sunday. The nurses were awesome, kept me calm and got me set up for IV fluids. They told me everything they were doing every step of the way, and even made sure to get me some dinner once they realized I hadn't eaten anything all day. I don't do well with antibiotics, so I'm having some lovely side effects...but the baby is still healthy and that's what counts.

Movement: slowing down a bit as she's running out of room, but now they're just bigger and hurt some. kicks to the lungs aren't exactly fun.

Next Appointment: Jan 27th (Thursday!)

31 weeks

Pregnancy: 31 weeks

Weight Gain: according to my scale at home, -19 lbs.

Sleep: nope, not so much this week. nesting and scrubbing tubs at midnight, but not sleeping

Feeling: okay. i'm having braxton hicks contractions, and regular pregnancy discomforts, but the cold is gone! Noah and Joe are battling a stomach bug, if i get that i might just move into a cave by myself until this baby comes b/c i'm tired of germs.

Health: good. bp is great too.

Movement: her movements are getting bigger and hurt more, but she's still constantly moving.

Next Appointment: Jan 27th

30 weeks

Pregnancy: 30 weeks

Weight Gain: not really sure of the total right now, but i lost another lb and now the doctor has prescribed zofran.

Sleep: i slept last night! it was broken up, but when i slept it was awesome.

Gender: Girl!

Name: Darcy Noelle

Feeling: pretty decent. still a little lingering cough, but for the most part i'm recovered.

Health: good. bp is great too.

Movement: no changes, she's a mover and a shaker.
